Investment Proposals are accepted at any time. AVAC Ltd. encourages you to contact us to discuss your investment opportunity prior to any submission. In addition, communication throughout the application process heightens understanding and success, and we welcome your inquiries.
It is simple to submit your proposal
After you have assessed the eligibility criteria follow these easy steps:
- Download the Investment Proposal form by clicking on the link below (MS Excel file).
- Complete the document in its entirety.
- Save the file.
- In addition to emailing the Investment Proposal, we require you to attach other relevant information as electronic files: Business Plan, Executive Summary, Financials (historical plus proforma income and balance sheet statements) and Investor Presentation.
- Email the documents to avacinfo@avacltd.com.
- AVAC Ltd. will contact you after it has conducted its initial review.
- Be advised that all corporate officers will also be required to submit a Commercial Credit Bureau Form and a Personal Credit Bureau Form prior to AVAC committing to an investment..
