Application is simple. After you have assessed the eligibility and nature of your project, follow these easy steps.

1. Download the investment proposal form by clicking on the application below (MS Excel 2003 file).
2. Complete the form, do not leave any blanks.
3. Save the completed form.
4. In addition to emailing the investment proposal form, you must attach the following electronic files:
   • Business Plan
   • Executive Summary
   • Financials
   • Investor Presentation
   • Any other relevant information
5. Email to avacinfo@avacltd.com.
6. AVAC will contact you after it has conducted its initial review.
7. Please be advised all corporate officers will also be required to submit a Commercial Credit Bureau Form and a Personal Credit Bureau Form which will be provided.
